This Privacy Policy explains how Appzic Studios ("we", "us", "our") handles information in the mobile game Snake Jam: Escape Puzzle (the "Game") on Android and iOS. By using the Game, you agree to this policy.
1. Summary
We do not collect, store, share or sell any personal information. The Game has no user accounts, no advertising, no in-app purchases and no analytics or tracking tools. The Game can be played fully offline.
2. Information we do not collect
We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers or any other personal data. We do not track you across other apps or websites.
3. Data stored on your device
To let you continue where you left off, the Game saves a small amount of game data locally on your device, such as:
- your current level and coin balance;
- boosters and unlocked snake skins;
- sound and music settings.
This data stays on your device and is never sent to us. It is deleted when you uninstall the Game or clear its app data.
4. Game engine
The Game is built with the Unity game engine. Unity may automatically collect limited, anonymous technical information (for example device model, operating system version and crash or performance diagnostics) to keep the engine working correctly. 5. App stores
When you download the Game, Google Play or the Apple App Store may collect information according to their own privacy policies. We have no control over, and receive no personal data from, that collection.
6. Children's privacy
The Game is suitable for all ages. Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
Since your game data is stored only on your own device and is not transmitted to us, it is protected by your device's own security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access or delete personal data. As we do not hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access or delete. You can remove all locally stored game data at any time by uninstalling the Game.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a future version of the Game adds features that collect data (such as ads or purchases), we will update this policy before those features are released.
